PART-TIME YOUTH DIRECTOR
Lifepoint Church is hiring a lively, enthusiastic, and driven individual to serve as the part-time Youth Director at one of our campuses. This position will be responsible for the growth and overall health of the Youth department at their campus.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years of experience leading teams or small groups.
• Must have excellent verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree or certification in ministerial leadership is a plus.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee Student leaders at their campus.
• Lead and organize effective programs implementing fellowship, worship, biblical teaching, discipleship, and evangelism for students.
• Provide counseling and spiritual direction to students, parents, and volunteers.
• Maintain contact with students and parents, keeping them informed of ongoing activities. Keep parents updated on ministry plans in a way that encourages partnership and involvement.
• Seek to integrate Lifepoint Youth into all phases of church life to create a culture that is intentionally intergenerational, striving to unite with and complement other church programs.
• Recruit, train, and develop new leaders at all levels of volunteer leadership.
• Support the Campus Pastor and their vision for the campus.
• Other duties as assigned.

EMPLOYMENT STATUS
• Full-Time
• 25-28 hours per week
• Sunday – Thursday
