What is Youth Conference?
Youth Conference isn’t just an event. It’s a response. When God asks, “Whom shall I send?” we want to be a generation that says, “Here I am. Send me!” (Isaiah 6:8)
Youth Conference is more than bands and speakers. It’s about students encountering Jesus, being empowered by His Spirit, and stepping boldly into the purpose He has for them.
Our prayer is that every student and youth leader will leave refreshed, equipped, and ready to say yes to Jesus—ready to live out their faith at home, in the local church, in their schools, and in the world around them.

Youth Conference is more than just an event—it’s a movement. It’s not just about the bands or speakers; it’s about students being empowered by Jesus, equipped to make a difference, and living out their faith daily. Our prayer is that every student and youth leader walks away refreshed, equipped, and inspired to live for Jesus—at home, in their church, in their city, and around the world.
The conference will take place July 17-19 at two locations:
- Middle School – Spotsylvania Campus (5050 Gateway Blvd. Fredericksburg, VA 22407)
- High School – Fredericksburg Campus (1400 Central Park Blvd. Fredericksburg, VA 22401)
Students entering 6th-12th grade are welcome to attend, including incoming 6th graders and graduating seniors.

Pricing changes over time, so register early for the best rate:
By September 12, 2025 | $110 | Advanced Rate
By February 13, 2026 | $129 | Standard Rate
By June 1, 2026 | $149 | Summer Standard Rate
The registration fee covers full access to the conference, including all sessions and meals provided throughout the event.

Yes! We have designated parking areas for vans and buses, and your host will provide details prior to arrival.

Logistics & Experience Questions
Yes! Meals are provided, and you can indicate any dietary restrictions during registration so we can accommodate your needs.
Bring your Bible, notebook, money for merch, comfortable clothing, and anything else you’ll need for the day.
Expect games, an epic afterparty, and plenty of surprises throughout the conference!
This is not an overnight event. Your group will need to arrange transportation and lodging if needed.
No, the conference is exclusively for 6th-12th grade students and background-checked youth leaders.
A one-day ticket is not available—the full registration fee applies regardless of how many days you attend.
