When we are frustrated with life and/or with God it is usually because things are not going the way that we would like. In Matthew 22, the Israelites were tired of paying excessive taxes to Rome. The religious leaders took this frustration to Jesus in an attempt to trick Him. Jesus points out the root of the frustration that everyone was feeling in light of the fact that we are mandated by scripture to obey the government over us to the point that we would have to violate scripture.
The source of their frustration is that they were too attached to this world. The Bible tells us that we are citizens of Heaven and that this world is not our home. However, each of us struggle with our attachment to this place. Jesus asked them, whose image was on the coin to pay Rome their taxes? To which the answer came back, Caesar. Jesus then says give to Caesar what is Caesars' and to God what is Gods'. The coin had Caesars image in order to bring honor to him, and Jesus is essentially saying, this is only money so give him (Ceasar) what he wants.
The Bible tells us that we were created in God's image. We have the likeness of God, so in order to bring honor to God, bring to God what is Gods' - you! When we do this, our frustrations become much less of an issue in our lives and exactly what this world is to a Christian-temporary.
