Take GA-400 to Exit #13 and turn toward Norcross (south direction) for 2.2 miles.
Turn left at Sharon Road (traffic light), which merges into Old Atlanta Road
After1.4 miles (three traffic lights) from the turn, LifePoint will be on your right
just past the intersection of Old Atlanta Road and Windermere Parkway.

From Johns Creek
Take 141 (Peachtree Parkway) North to Mathis Airport Parkway and turn right
Follow this windy road 2.2 miles to Old Atlanta Road and turn right.
LifePoint will be immediately on your right.

From Duluth
Take Peachtree Industrial to McGinnis Ferry Road and turn toward Johns Creek (west).
Cross the river and follow the road 2.4 miles to Old Atlanta Road (Publix on your right).
Turn right (north) and follow Old Atlanta 4.4 miles and look for LifePoint on your left...
